How long is water memory supposed to last, anyway, and how would you erase it? We can purify water, to a certain degree, by removing foreign atoms and molecules, but as far as I know, no technology exists to remove, or even detect, 'memory.' I would expect this to be a problem, inasmuch as there are...

Currently living in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. Fairly large town. High desert biome.
I'd move elsewhere if it were convenient and I could speak the language, as this country seems to be deteriorating rapidly.
