Cheddar is one of my very occasional treats - skinny chicken bit better for my ticker but needs variations to make it interesting. Apart from that I had the tortillas left over from a previous time when eating with a friend - needed using up, hate throwing good food away.

Chuck in some home made tomato salsa with sweet chillis and slices of large, open mushroom and - mmmmm!

Then there's the washing up . . . :sad:

Well, when I am gone I will hopefully be the memory of a shorty and not a short memory!
