Big 5 personality test This is Cool

The Big Five is currently the most accepted personality model in the scientific community. The Big Five emerged from the work of multiple independent scientists/researchers starting in the 1950s who using different techniques obtained similar results. Those results were that there are five distinct personality traits/dimensions. Here are your results on each dimension:
Pick your gender and then complete. It's fascinating

Here's mine

Extroversion |||||||||| 38%
Orderliness |||| 12%
Emotional Stability |||||| 21%
Accommodation |||||||||||||||||| 78%
Inquisitiveness |||||||||||||||||| 75%
Extroversion results were moderately low which suggests you are reclusive, quiet, unassertive, and secretive.

Orderliness results were very low which suggests you are overly flexible, random, improvised, and fun seeking at the expense too often of structure, reliability, work ethic, and long term accomplishment.

Emotional Stability results were low which suggests you are very worrying, insecure, emotional, and anxious.

Accommodation results were high which suggests you are overly kind natured, trusting, and helpful at the expense too often of your own individual development (martyr complex).

Inquisitiveness results were high which suggests you are very intellectual, curious, imaginative but possibly not very practical.

Done too many in the past, can't work out now whether they reflect my true personality or I have come to conform with what they say!

Interestingly though I did do two vocational aptitude tests (one pre-computer using a "punch card" system, a machine to read the holes and with hand typed and drawn graphs and the second fully computer scanned and presented) thirty years apart and they both, basically, said the same thing - that I should never have taken a job in engineering (which, being research and design, I really enjoyed but I came to realise that I would really enjoy any job that was analytical, creative and solved problems 'cos that was my analysis of the combined findings!)

Well, as in all self tests, this will reflect what you are feeling now. I just thought it was a nice little distraction.

And I'd rather play here, with all the madmen. For I'm quite content. They're all as sane as me
