Today Justin Welby chose to abuse his privilege and pretended that only CofE church schools can promote moral values, and took a deceptive side-swipe at secular schools whilst doing so. This is precisely why an established church and reserved seats in the legislature for clerics need to end.

There are three fundamental questions for anyone advocating Brexit:
1. What, precisely, are the significant and tangible benefits of leaving the EU?
2. What damage to the UK and its citizens is an acceptable price to pay for those benefits?
3. Which ruling of the ECJ is most persuasive of the need to leave its jurisdiction?

It is this muddling of religion, human values and morality that is most divisive and damaging. Children should be educated together. There are lots of reasons to segregate children according to ability, learning difficulties, physical and mental disabilities, behaviours and other factors. Segregating them according to their parents' religious faith shouldn't be acceptable.
"System of values" says Mr Welby. This sounds like the idea of having a "system of beliefs". That is wrongheaded. One should only believe anything to the degree the belief can be justified by reason and evidence. Whether it is seen as part of a "value system" or not does not affect the degree to which something is true or valid.
