Movie: Theeb

I just watched it last night. Set in the same place and time as Lawrence of Arabia, but a far more intimate-and intuitive film.

Haven't heard of it - worth watching?

There are three fundamental questions for anyone advocating Brexit:

1. What, precisely, are the significant and tangible benefits of leaving the EU?
2. What damage to the UK and its citizens is an acceptable price to pay for those benefits?
3. Which ruling of the ECJ is most persuasive of the need to leave its jurisdiction?

Hmm, could be sorth watching. Assume it is fictional but, as a glance seems to indicate, if it is written from the Arab viewpoint it could be instructive of the working of the Arab mind.

Later: this also counts if it is "idealised", how do Arabs want themselves to seem, even in fiction?

Apart from that, I just enjoy this type of movie!

Definitely worth watching in an era of hatred toward the Arab. It is a beautiful movie with classic plot lines and an edge to it that, rather than cutting to the quick, pares away layers in brilliant fashion. I hope the writing and production team do further films.
