quite, and in fact my "COD" contains "kenspeckle" but not "cruentation". Anyway, despite my threat, I don't think you or TT will have much trouble with:

Hennikinsy Pennikinsy - how the study of divinity flows;

and a really awful quickie which relates to another current thread: Henny Kenny - we think this philosopher stinks!
so they were not so easy. The first one: I worked for a building firm and remember a fellow-librarian mixing up Hennikinsy with Pennikinsy when ordering a book about concrete. The second one: it's an ill wind from Heidegger

Now I'm even more flummoxed. How the study of divinity flows has something to do with concrete? :puzzled:

The other one, I presume, is fartin' Martin. :D

correct. The other "clue" was more something amusing I have always wanted to mention rather than much of a clue, I admit. Think about flow or about the study of divinity and you should end up with a rhyme: the amusing booboo was caused by bad handwriting, and the flow bit does relate to concrete.

But that's what I've been doing, and I haven't ended up with anything. I keep thinking of theology, and the only word I can think of to rhyme with that is geology, and while that relates to concrete, sort of, it doesn't relate to flow, except perhaps in the context of landslides. And anyway, a g is unlikely to be mistaken for a th, however bad the handwriting. Still flummoxed.

"theology" is correct and the "flow" word has the same number of letters, so you need a word starting with a letter that could look like a "t"... (though my colleague had very poor eyesight as well as mediocre knowledge of concrete :D )

is the Penny "sliver"? If so, I give up - I have already cheated and can't find a synonym for curd cheese to rhyme with this

No, not sliver. A sliver would be too small, I think. This thin layer is more of a surface coating.
