Why don't secular humans have more children?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/19_Kids_and_Counting The Duggar family had 19 kids. If all couples had 19 kids we would certainly have an overpopulation problem. Although, I think the problem is mostly a poor distribution of people. Some areas are overcrowded while others are sparsely populated. Please see https://overpopulationisamyth.com/
